Daitsu, committed to a sustainable future
Hand in hand with Eurofred, Daitsu plays a key role in sustainable transformation and climate change, closely linked to its technology. It is time to take the leap, to promote what we believe in and want to create.
We stand for the planet and smart cities; diversity and equality; development and talent; ethics and transparency. We carry out social and environmental projects with these commitments because we feel responsible for a sustainable future.

Carbon footprint absorption:
Since 2014, we have reforested more than 85 hectares with 70,000 trees planted. This has allowed us to offset our carbon footprint until the last year in Spain, France and Chile, and until 2036 and 2039 in Portugal and Italy, respectively.
Triple Seal Calculate + Reduce + Offset
We are the first company in Spain to receive the Triple Calculo+Reduzco+Compenso Seal, awarded to the company in 2019 by the Spanish Office for Climate Change (OECC) of the Ministry for Ecological Transition.
Efficient environmental management
We use genuine and certified 100% renewable energy in our facilities. We install LED lights in our offices. We reduce the use of paper. And we have a fleet of hybrid-electric vehicles.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Reforestemos Foundation in Chile, with whom we have been able to continue our reforestation efforts since 2021, with 140 trees planted to date.

We are committed to equal opportunities and promote diversity awareness initiatives such as debates, training, awareness sessions and support programmes.
Collaboration with NGOs
We support significant projects for the professional and personal development of people at risk of social exclusion and, to date, we have contributed 9 tonnes of food to Food Banks in 5 countries.

At Eurofred we have ISO 9001 and 14001 certificates, Eurovent Certified Performance and the Keymark seal.
Ethics and transparency
As a company, we work with a model of corporate governance inspired by ethics, integrity and compliance with laws and internal policies, and which also considers social and environmental issues as part of its priorities and decision-making.
Promoting good practices
We promote debate and awareness through our Eurofred Sustainability Barometer and collaborate with relevant agents in the sector to contribute to the transition towards sustainability.
